Jessica Hall

Jessica qualified as a Solicitor in 2016 and has specialised in clinical negligence exclusively since qualifying, having worked for Claimant personal injury departments since 2010. She trained at 2020 Legal t/a Camps and Your Legal Friend, where she developed particular experience in drafting complex Schedules of Loss.

She has worked on a large variety of cases, including misdiagnosis, delayed diagnosis, orthopaedic errors, obstetric injury and surgical errors. Previous caseloads have included litigated matters and cases valued in excess of £1 million. She has also assisted more senior members of the team in a variety of matters, including amputation cases. Clients appreciate her ‘words of reassurance’ and ‘kind and calming manner,’ when dealing with this complex area of the law.

She has many years’ experience of instructing experts and Counsel, always with a view to thoroughly investigating a claim and getting the best results for her clients.
