Rob Moore

Rob manages a varied professional negligence caseload which covers claims against professionals who fail to perform their duties to the required standard, resulting in financial loss or physical harm to the client.  

He is motivated by a desire to ensure that justice is done for those who have been let down by the actions of a professional.  

Rob believes it is his job to be there at every step of the way to support a client and advise on the most efficient and effective way to resolve their dispute.  

Developing strong relationships with his clients and offering pragmatic, empathetic advice throughout the course of a claim are the foundations of Rob’s approach. 

He shows diligence and attention to detail which ensures every strand of both a claimant and defendant’s case is analysed. Rob’s focus every day is to achieve the best possible results for our clients.  

He has been successful and has assisted multiple clients in obtaining five and six-figure settlements with notable outcomes for clients in major commercial, contractual and property disputes.  

Rob attributes his success to his varied life experience, emotional intelligence, and legal acumen. Rob displays characteristics such as sensitivity, objectivity and fairness which are integral to his role.  

As well as having a busy family life, Rob has a passion for sport. He has recently completed his first marathon; he also has a diverse range of interests from musical theatre to Australian Rules football.
